Service Provisions – SA Plan Managers
SA Plan Managers is an NDIS-registered plan management and financial intermediary service supporting participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
This Service Agreement is between SA Plan Managers and the Participant / Nominated Representative in the NDIS. It will remain in effect from the date signed and continue for the duration of the Participant’s engagement with SA Plan Managers, unless otherwise advised in writing.

SA Plan Managers’ Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide financial intermediary services in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Reconcile client balances and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Pay supplier invoices on behalf of clients.
- Process client reimbursement claims efficiently.
- Track spending against client budgets.
- Provide monthly statements of expenditure and available funding (upon request).
- Assist with purchases where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly.
- Maintain open, honest, and timely communication.
- Treat participants and nominated representatives with courtesy and respect.
- Actively listen to feedback and take action to resolve concerns.
- Protect your privacy and keep all information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities of Participants / Nominated Representatives
You agree to:
- Provide requested information to SA Plan Managers in a timely manner.
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect.
- Discuss any concerns about our services directly with us.
- Inform us immediately if your NDIS plan is suspended, replaced, or if you cease to be an NDIS participant.

Plan Management Process
By nominating SA Plan Managers as your plan manager, you give us access to your NDIS funding through the NDIS online portal (PRODA). This allows us to:
- Set up your plan management services
- Process and pay your invoices
- Manage reimbursements and financial reporting
By signing this agreement, you consent to SA Plan Managers transferring funds within your Core Budget between budget categories when required, and to us administering and categorising your invoices and reimbursements.
Either party may end this agreement with one month’s written notice. In cases of serious breach, the notice period may be waived.
